Also, it is important to keep all of your information updated and accurate.

Also, in the same report, they found that “responding to reviews is more important than ever, with 30% naming this as key when judging local businesses.” Responding is a great way thank your happy customers for their business and help any customer would be dissatisfied and make amends.

You can also add photos of your office, staff, and other important images that showcase your business. Businesses that add photos to their listings receive 42% more requests for driving directions on Google Maps and 35% more clicks through to their websites than businesses that do not. So, it is important to remember that Google My Business tracks the number of photos and the number of photo views. Making sure that the photos are relevant can help your rankings.
