With our Dynamic Package, you will receive:

We will create or replace a client’s existing site with a new website based on the client specifications. We will meet
with the client and gather information based on their wants, needs, competition, and desired goals. Once a list of
features, desired design style, and roadmap has been created and approved, all assets must be delivered to Lucent
Spot before work can be started. Turn around for this project should be 6-12 weeks.
PROCESS: Initial meeting with client. We will develop feature list and sitemap. Then, we will deliver 2 site designs to
the client for approval. Finally, we will deliver the first draft for changes. Allow for up to 3 rounds of changes.

Your website needs to be kept up-to-date. We will ensure that everything stays secure, your site runs smoothly, and
perform basic changes upon request, such as: updating images and basic text on the site. This will be limited to 5
hours of work per week. Additional time needed will need to be arranged with your account representative.

Our pro hosting package includes clients with space on our web server, unlimited databases, unlimited storage space,
and unlimited visitors to their site. This also includes weekly site backups with on demand website restores. Pro
hosting also includes monthly security updates, database optimization, spam monitoring, and monthly reports.

Website speeds are one of the newest metrics that Google uses to rank web pages. We will look at all the content on
your website and perform the required changes to get the lowest load times possible for your website. This can
include image optimization, code optimization, page caching, and other proven techniques.

In many cases, companies do not set up their social media accounts such as Facebook and Twitter properly. Let us take care of that for you. We will completely configure (2) social media accounts for you. If you do not have any social media accounts, we will set them up from scratch for you. You may select from Google+, Facebook, Twitter, and/or Instagram. We will also provide you with a social media best practices guide for the two networks you choose.

With this package, you can take advantage of our expert social media managers. We will design custom posts for your practice once a month. These designs are there for you to post to the social media platforms of your choice.

Once a month, you have the option to work with our in-house graphic designer to create (1) designed piece for your practice. This could be an item such as: flyer, business card, letterhead, envelope, t-shirt. Your designed piece will go through 2 rounds of revisions. Once your final design is completed you will be provided with all production file formats that will be used to print.
