Our Core marketing package is great for small or new practices wanting to establish their presence online. This package will give your practice a branded email account, a modern and clean website, and help with your social media posts.

With our Core Package, you will receive:

We will create or replace a client’s existing site with a new website based on one of our custom created
templates. Clients will be given a choice from a set number of templates based on a one on one meeting
with our sales team. Their chosen template will be tailored to their existing brand. Turn around for this
project should be 4-6 weeks.
PROCESS: Initial meeting with client and then obtain all assets such as: logo, color pallet, photography, and
body copy for the website. Deliver template site for approval. Allow for a maximum of 2 rounds of revisions.

Your website needs to be kept up-to-date. We will ensure that everything stays secure, your site runs
smoothly, and perform basic changes (upon request) such as updating images and basic text on the site.
This will be limited to 5 hours of work per week. Additional time needed will need to be arranged with your
account representative.

Your website will be set up and hosted on our web server. With our basic web hosting package, you will get (1) database used for your website, unlimited traffic and storage space, and monthly backups.

In many cases, companies do not set up their social media accounts such as Facebook and Twitter properly.
Let us take care of that for you. We will completely configure (2) social media accounts for you. If you do
not have any social media accounts, we will set them up for you from scratch. You may select from
Google+, Facebook, Twitter, and/or Instagram. We will also provide you with a social media best practices
guide for the two networks you choose.

With this package, you can take advantage of our expert social media managers. We will design custom
posts for your practice once a month. These designs are for you to post to your social media pages.

We are always looking for ways that we can help improve your business. We will prepare you tailored
reports for your Social Media, Website, and Marketing efforts. You will know where you are at the end of
each quarter, as well as ways that you can improve for next quarter.
